               11. Create Workspace or Folder

                      In order to organize a project well, you should store all related items (e.g., sheets like project
                      plans, various reports, the dashboard) either in a so-called Workspace or in a separate Folder.
                                                       What you choose (Workspace or Folder) depends largely
                                                       upon your organization (company) and the applicable se-
                                                       curity rules. You should know that if you share a work-
                                                       space, the rights for the underlying folders get also inher-
                                                       ited. Whether you want this, is up to you.

                                                       You should also still know that you cannot create a work-
                                                       space into an already existing workspace. For that matter
                                                       you need to create a folder(s).
