Our goal is, to see at a glance, where we are in the progress of the project.

Therefore, we add two additional columns:

a) "Done", with data type "checkbox",

b) As well another column, called "Timing Status", with the data type "Symbols".

We pick there this symbol set of the red, yellow, green, and blue symbols.

Where you will place these two columns, doesn't matter.
