Customize your Project Plan
                                                                                                            
                                                                               by tailoring Smartsheet

In my opinion it's good practice to save the plan as a "Copy" before you will continue with the "Origi-
nal". You do this through clicking on "File" and then "Save as New ...".

Here I recommend you to use the date format "yyyy-mm-dd", so your project plan might then be la-
beled, e.g., "P-1001 Power Drivelet 2024-07-12". In this case of storage, you should also pay atten-
tion to the possibility to safe not just the schedule of the plan but also workflows, sharing options,
               and such!
